Okay, tipu je tu. Cuma tersa macam housewife laa pulak hari ni. Balik kerja (balik class actually), pergi pasar (yang betul) and masak untuk family (masak untuk perut sendiri and untuk housemate yang nak cuba masakan I). Waaa~ terasa penatnya. Fuhh!

Seriously I don't know what I have cooked. Ala-ala nasi biryani pown ada or nasi minyak.
Served. I like to eat lot of vegetables. That's why coriander leaves and scallion macam banyak sangat. Hehe.
Serve ngan ayam masak merah pown sedap jugak. But, I just cook the rice only. Lauk, beli.

Recipe Noiechan's Cincai Rice
Ingredients A:
Rice
Coconut milk
Chicken stock (Air rebusan ayam jew pown)
Chicken breast or any part you like (boiled)
Carrot (thinly sliced)
Tomato (cut into 4)
Ingredients B:
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Thai chilies (thinly sliced)
Ginger (thinly sliced)
Salt, flavor
Butter or margarine
Garnish
Coriander leaves
Scallion
Let's cook:
Saute all ingredients B for 1 minutes. After that, add chicken until its cooked. Then, add all ingredients A. Stir well. Close with lid. Cook for 20 minutes. Done? Garnish it and serve.
